Budgeting

I am starting to explore new software that I think a) can help clients and b) enhance how I work with clients.

One system I am interested in is Xero.

It is online accounting and can save 40% plus of time on bookkeeping because it connects to your bank. This means data flows in overnight without needing to do any data entry. That’s smart, software that does the work for you. Isn’t that what all software should do, rather that us working for the software!

I am happy to recommend Xero because since the launch in New Zealand in 2006 they have raised £45m and at the timing of writing have 100,000 users. They also use bank level security.
